1. The first step to embark on before using a condom is to check the expiry date. Check if it’s still good to use or if it has expired.

2. A condom should be disposed of, immediately after Use. The Ideal of Washing a condom after use should not be indulged no matter how quality the condom is. So never use a condom twice.

When you use a condom once it tends to lose a high percentage of its elasticity.

3. Never use teeth to open the package of the condom. All you have to do is carefully use your fingers to open it so that you won’t sabotage the condom.  Make sure your finger doesn’t have a sharp edge.
4. Avoid using Vaseline or other oil lubricants on the condom. Every condom-producing company lubricates its condoms with oil.
5. As Nervous as you are to have sex, avoid rushing to wear the umbrella (condom). Always make sure that there is no hole or tear in the condom to allow air into it.
6. Try to squeeze the tip of the condom (but not too hard). Reasons: To remove any small air present in it.
7. Never put a condom on when you are not yet hard. Condoms should only be put on an erect penis.
8. Wear the full length of protection over the hard penis. Don’t leave it halfway. Take it as if you’re wearing a trouser.
9. After wearing the condom on your penis, leave a small space between the end of the penis and also the tip of the condom.
10. Before putting on the condom there shouldn’t be any contact between the penis and the vagina. The penis should be dry. Any contact with the Vagina can make the penis surface slippery.

When the penis is slippery and you want to put it on a slippery condom it won’t work well.

11. After having sexual intercourse, while removing the condom from the erect penis, hold the tip of the condom tightly over the penis before detaching it from the vagina.
12. Check the tip of the protection you bought to make sure that there is no tear.
13. After using a condom, it should be wrapped in tissue paper and thrown into a PIT OR DUSTBIN.
14. Always buy new Condoms every time you want to have sex.
